Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getprintdone.com (the “Site”) and any printing or related services provided by Get Print Done (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to quantity, size, paper, finishing, artwork or deadline may change the price and timeline. An order is accepted when you approve the quote and we confirm it.

2. Payment

Payment terms will be stated on your quote or invoice. We may require full or partial payment before production begins. Orders are released for pickup or delivery once paid in full, unless other terms have been agreed in writing. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are additional.

3. Artwork and proofs

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all content you supply, including spelling, grammar, pricing, phone numbers, addresses and dates.
• We will provide a proof for your approval. Your approval confirms the proof is correct, and we will print the job as approved.
• We are not responsible for errors you approve on a proof, or for problems caused by files that do not follow our File Setup Guide (such as low resolution, missing bleed or RGB color).
• Additional proofs or file corrections beyond reasonable minor changes may incur design or setup charges.

4. Color and production variances

Colors on screens and digital proofs may differ from the printed result. Slight variations in color, trimming, folding and alignment between print runs are normal in commercial printing and are not considered defects. Quantities may vary slightly (typically within a few percent) due to the nature of production.

5. Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times begin once we receive print-ready files, proof approval and any required payment. We work hard to meet every deadline, but estimated ready dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supplier shortages or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is picked up or handed to the carrier.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you provide. By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and you grant us a limited right to use it solely to produce your order. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from content you supply, including claims of copyright or trademark infringement.

7. Content we will not print

We reserve the right to refuse any order, including content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, is defamatory, obscene or hateful, or that we otherwise decline to produce. If we decline an order, any payment for work not yet performed will be refunded.

8. Cancellations, refunds and reprints

Cancellations, defects and reprints are handled under our Refund & Reprint Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business or costs related to missed events or mailings.

10. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Site content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Get Print Done or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
